Issue- 37 Title- Don't Look Now, But It's Dr. Doom! Writer- Stan Lee Art- Gene Colan
Summary: Doom leaves the embassy inhabitting Daredevil's body intent on infiltrating the Baxter Building. Daredevil meanwhile tricks Doom's guards into releasing him and chasing after his real body. The plan fails when Doom is able to defeat his own henchmen. They attack Daredevil in the streets as he tries to catch up with Doom, but their own efforts are thwarted when the police arrive fearful that Doom, a head of state, is being attacked on the city streets. Daredevil finally catches up with Doom and tells him to tune into a radio broadcast. A puzzled Doom does tune in and learns that Daredevil [as Doom] has ordered Latveria to declare war on all its neighbors. Doom frantically returns to the embassy and switches back to his own body and cancels the order. Admitting defeat, Doom lets Daredevil go. However Doom has already planned his revenge against the hero. He puts in a call to the Fantastic Four headquarters and disguises his voice as Daredevil in order to convince them that the Daredevil on his way to see them is in fact Doom.

Comments: A solid two part story. Although the plot is very reminiscent of Fantastic Four #10, the fact that Daredevil is Doom's latest victim of mind-swapping provides enough unique situations to keep the story interesting. One does have to wonder though why he didn't simply use the Ovoid mind-trick? In any case, this is thankfully the last time Doom tries to use the mind-swap trick to get into the Fantastic Four headquarters.
