Summary:

A string of defeats at the hand of Spider-Man leads Magneto to volunteer to battle him as part of the Acts of Vengeance tactic. Doom questions Magneto's motives for becoming directly involved. Unknown to him, Doom is correct, Magneto's interest in meeting Spider-Man is to determine if his new found powers are the result of mutation.
