Summary:

The Red Skull arrives in Latveria to observe the final stages of his plan. Doom has reconstructed the device which he had given to the Red Skull before. With it, the time lost Steve Rogers is pulled from the time stream and brought to the present with the Red Skull seemingly taking possession of it.

Notes:

• Doom and Red Skull made a pact in Captain America #23

• Red Skull says that Latveria has changed much since he was last there, possibly a reference to Super-Villain Team-Up #10-12 since their last dealings were made in the US at the Latverian Embassy.
