Summary:

Doom is visited by a future self who brings him a warning and the key to saving the future.

Comments:

A short three page appearance acting as a set up for the next arc. Like Industrial Revolution, Doom is the vehicle for the set-up. Amusing is that this scene bears a slight resemblance to one in the Doom 2099 line where Doom visits his past self. Of course the context is totally different. Among other 2099 connections, the issue is drawn by Ron Lim who was artist on the exceptional X-Men 2099 where he drew Doom on several occasions. There is not much to recommend here other than a nice detail which is that Doom doesn't where is armor all the time but will sometimes walk in bandages.
