Comments:

Just a small panel appearance. I'm not a Spider-Man fan so I can't comment on JMS's run. However from the little bits that I've read, he seems to have done some interesting things. Although the whole Gwen and Norman Osborn thing was wrong on way too many levels to count. This issue in particular reads like an episode of Babylon 5. In fact I get the sense he's doing a similar thing. He's shows us Spider-Man's death but we don't know the context. Kind of like how he showed us Garibaldi's "death" in the Season 4 finale. JMS doing what he did in B5 in comics is not a bad thing if you ask me. The art is good, JR Jr. has his own excellent style, but he's got nothing on his dad's Mary Jane. That aside, for us Doom fans, Bottom Line: Skip It!
