Title - Uncreated Night

Summary:
In the South Pacific, a woman observes Doom as he escapes the exploding
Chin Shan platform. An armored hand touches her shoulder and tells her that she
wastes her time watching her Doom. Doom's escape pod crash lands in the Savage Land. There his
armor begins to overload from the huge amounts of energy that his armor absorbed
from the explosion. Doom enter a hallucinatory state where he begins to see
visions of seeing another man's face in the mirror, Kaz, Reed Richards,
and Doctor Doom telling him that he is not Doom. The whole time Doom is
seeing things he does not realize that a T-Rex has been angered by his trespassing
into his territory. The dinosaur attacks Doom. Doom's armor suffers a total
overload in front of the T-Rex causing a large release of energy that kills the
dinosaur. Before he his burnt alive within his own armor, he discards it and
rushes to a nearby river. There he comes face to face with Bloodhawk
from the X-Men.

Among his hallucinations, Doom sees Kaz, after which Doom claims that the
Y'lestja did "something" to his mind.

Title - Strangers in the Jungle

Summary: Doom is taken to the
Village of the Sky and meets a group of who strive to protect the Savage Land
from the corporate forces that abuse it. Drilling by Alchemax is causing earthquakes and hunting
by poachers is driving the dinosaurs to extinction a second time. After explaining
he is not a corporate poacher, Doom asks to be taken back to where he was found
so he can retrieve his armor. But Doom's hallucinations continue and he sees visions of a man being tortured by a woman and himself observing from the
shadows. He begins to doubt his identity, unsure if he is Doom or the man being tortured. Meanwhile, in
the
camp of the Black Sun, L'Argent, former Alchemax bureaucrat becomes paranoid and angry
when his men bring him Doom's armor that was found in the forest. Following
a set of tracks, the group tells Doom that the swamp tribe must have taken
his armor. Together they travel into the swamp where they are attacked and
then captured. The swamp people along with Alchemax forces take them back to
the main camp where they come face to face with L'Argent. L'Argent tells them
that the end of the world is soon and that the world of technology will
be washed away with their blood. Meanwhile, on an island in the Pacific, a woman
searches for Doom while another armored figure observes from the shadows.

Summary: The tremors which plague the Savage
Land grow progressively worse. L'Argent believes that the Gods are angry and
that they demand sacrifice. To initiate the ceremony, L'Argent begins to speak
in an ancient dialect. Doom recognizes the language as a bastardized form of
Atlantean and begins to speak it. L'Argent demands to know how he knows the
sacred words. Doom reveals his name, but L'Argent refuses to believe that he is
truly Victor von Doom. L'Argent administers to him a drug so that give his true identity.
Before Doom can answer an earthquake topples the temple they are in. The others
manage to escape, but Doom and L'Argent are trapped behind. Inside the temple,
L'Argent speaks to Doom of shadows who truly rule the world, and how he came to
the Savage Land to escape their grasp. He accuses Doom of being one of their
pawns. Doom demands to know the name of one of these shadows, L'Argent says that
the real Victor von Doom is one of them. Suddenly he is
shot and killed by one of his own men who was replaced with an android. The android self destructs thus allowing Doom to escape
from the temple. Having survived,
Doom is the left with many questions.
