Summary: Downtown, two Watchdogs follow a woman and young daughter as they walk home. While one of them distracts the daughter, the other attempts to rape the mother in an alley. Spider-Man suddenly emerges from below some rubble in the alley. The two Watchdogs try to shoot him, but he manages to defeat them both and take their vehicle. Back at Alchemex, Tyler Stone receives a call from the CEO. The CEO is angry that Stone’s plan failed. Stone had wanted Spider-Man to defeat the Specialist in order to draw Stark-Fujiwaka Corp into a costly vendetta of honor. Flying above Downtown, Kasey searches for Spider-Man but to no avail. Gabe likewise also travels downtown to search for his brother. The Watchdog vehicle takes Spider-Man to a medical clinic where he is treated for his wounds. The Doctor urges him to stay, but he refuses. Waiting for him outside are the Public Eye and Watchdogs. They corner Spider-Man into a dead end. Suddenly the officers are all killed and Spider-Man finds himself being flown away in the grasp of the Vulture.
