Summary:

Osborn holds a telepathic meeting with his Cabal. Doom complains that Latveria is filled with Asgardian refugees. The other members of the Cabal also raise their grievances as well.  

Notes:

• Cameo only

• Doom complains that Latveria is filled with Asgardians despite the fact that he clearly agreed to this with Loki see Thor #600. Possibly this is part of Loki and Doom's plan.

• In the psychic plane that the White Queen provides, each member of the Cabal can control how they appear. In Doom's case, his face is unscarred beneath the mask.
